Xpanxion Step IT Up National Apprenticeship Program is an approved DOD SkillBridge training provider.
SkillBridge can help Service members bridge the gap between the end of service and the beginning of their civilian careers.
Xpanxion supports the hiring of our military and encourage you to apply if you have the desire to learn in the field of Information Technology. Transitioning service members who are within their 180 days of their end of service and approved for SkillBridge can apply for our Step IT Up apprenticeship program. If selected, Xpanxion will provide you a laptop and you will begin virtual training in an IT skill set and once successfully completed, begin working. Upon your end of service date, Xpanxion will offer you full time employment.
A 4-year degree (any field) is desirable, however not required of military candidates. No IT experience is required.
We are looking for service members who have the passion, drive, and desire to learn in the field of Information Technology regardless of your educational background.

- RPA Blue Prism & Pega
- Business & Data Analyst
- Scrum Master
- Network Administrator
- Cyber Security Analyst
- Quality Assurance Tester, Manual and Automate
- Project Manager
