Why I Joined:

I wanted to grow as an architect by working directly with a broad array of companies, technologies, and situations. I knew Xpanxion could give me this breadth of exposure and the stability of a mature company.

Why I Stay:

For the variety – both with emerging technologies and all sorts of customers from small to huge. There’s never a dull moment.

My Proudest Moment:

Having customers tell me I care about their outcomes like one of their own employees. Consultants should aspire to this.

My Biggest Lesson:

One size doesn’t fit all. Every customer, culture, economic picture, roadmap may lead to a different architecture, personal interaction or approach. This is the real art to what we do and what makes it meaningful.

Life Outside of Xpanxion:

I play jazz piano regularly in the Atlanta area and I enjoy playing tennis. The rest of my free time is family time!

My Secret Weapon:

Realizing that it boils down to people and relationships. Technology is important and hard to get right, but success is made or undone by people factors like trust, kindness, and inclusion. And this goes equally for all, regardless of authority.
