Joe
Guy President and CEO
Joe is a veteran executive with over 25 years experience in successful global development companies. Joe has led Services and Product business units in companies across the world. He was formerly the Senior VP of Products for PSC, a leading provider of data capture technology including bar code and RFID technologies and mobile and wireless data capture computers.

Prior to PSC, Mr. Guy was VP of Solutions at NCR Retail Business unit in Atlanta. Before joining NCR in 1995, Joe was Director of Retail Software and Services at IBM
Joe currently serves on the external advisory board for the Clemson University Electrical and Computer Engineering department and is a registered professional engineer. He has previously served on the Marketing Advisory Board for the U.S. Postal Services and the Board of Directors of the Association of Retail Technology Standards.
He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.

John Wichmann
Vice President Account Services
John has over twelve years experience in Information Technology experience. During that time John has built strong experience in both technology product management and consulting. John’s industry experience includes financial services/banking, telecommunications, geographic information systems (GIS), and point-of-sale applications.

While at Xpanxion but prior to taking on his current role, John worked as a Project Manager overseeing
several accounts and later as the Director of Account Management. Most recently, before joining Xpanxion, John
worked as a Senior Product Manager at Magnet Communications (acquired by Digital Insight), a
provider
of web-based cash management applications. John’s product areas included overall infrastructure, messaging/alerting, small business portal, and related new product initiatives. As a part of this role, John led and chaired a monthly, forty-member focus group made up of clients from fifteen of the top 150 banks
for the purposes of promoting ongoing communication and to discuss new ideas and review product direction.
Previously, John worked for Advance Technology Corporation (ATC) as a Consultant and Sales Engineer providing ATC’s services and software solutions to several Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOC’s)
including BellSouth, SBC Communications (now AT&T), and Bell Atlantic (now Verizon). John worked for
Lotus Development Corporation while studying for his degree. At Lotus, John worked as a
Process
Engineer,
helping to identify improvement and eliminate process inefficiencies in
Lotus’s
Manufacturing & Distribution center.
John graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in
Industrial Engineering from Georgia
Institute of Technology.

Lance Rall - Director, Xpanxion Nebraska QA Center
Lance Rall is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. Lance has experience designing, developing, and testing custom web-based information systems and solutions.

Lance, a Nebraska native, came to Xpanxion as one of the first members of the Nebraska Quality Assurance center. Lance manages Xpanxion's Kearney-based office and leads a team of Quality Assurance Analysts focused on ensuring that Xpanxion delivers industry-leading quality in its development products and providing supplemental testing services to Xpanxion's clients. In his role, Lance provides a focus on continuous education, business process refinement, and the research and application of the latest software quality assurance technologies and techniques.
