If you could meet any one person, who would it be? Why?

I’m going to expand by saying that I would enjoy meeting 2 people. I never had the opportunity to meet either of my grandpas as both went to be with the Lord 5 years before my birth. However, both were fascinating men based on the stories that I’ve been told. And, apparently, many of my own personality traits and mannerisms closely parallel both of those men so I’m certain we would’ve seen eye-to-eye on many things. I would’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to know them in life because they were devoted family men, had entrepreneurial spirits, could fix anything, and were well-respected gentlemen – all things that I strive for.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Why?

First and foremost is spending time with my wife and daughter. But, when they get tired of me, I like to be outdoors. As an avid outdoorsman, I enjoy a wide range of hobbies from fishing and hunting to helping my family farm.

What is your favorite piece of technology? Why?

It depends on the context. In my everyday life I would have to say it is my phone. The Droid keeps me organized. But, if we switch contexts back to the farm, I am big into precision agriculture. I think precision agriculture is the future of farming because it promotes efficiency by allowing producers to maximize their output by minimizing input.

University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Currently pursuing my MBA from the University of Nebraska – Kearney.

If you were a type of food or drink, what type of food or drink would you be? Why?

This is an easy one. A meat/potato dish. I mean c’mon, nothing says Midwest like a plate full of meat and potatoes.

If you could meet any one person, who would it be? Why?

General George Patton because he was a risk taker and a great leader.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Why?

My favorite thing to do is sit around the dinner table with my family because it is the one time every day that we are all together and just enjoy each others company.

What is your favorite piece of technology? Why?

The DVR because otherwise all I would watch would be the Disney channel.

I would be pizza – because who doesn’t love pizza, and if there is something fun going on, pizza is usually there.

If you could meet any one person, who would it be? Why?

God because I think he would be awesome to see and meet. First, I thought I would really like to meet my maternal grandfather that died when I was very young. But, then I thought “Hey, think of all the people I would meet if I met God first!!!”

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Why?

Interact with my kids. Since I have 4 children ranging in ages from 20 to 6, I get to attend a wide range of activities they are involved in from Creighton basketball games, dance competitions, travel team baseball games to grade school assemblies. I guess at this point in my life, I could say that my kids are my hobby!

What is your favorite piece of technology? Why?

My iPhone. I just bought an iPhone, and am discovering all the fun I can have with it.

Vanilla Bean because I love everything about Vanilla! I love eating anything with the word vanilla in it, and drinking vanilla lattes. I always burn vanilla candles at home, and you will always find a bottle of vanilla scented hand lotion on my desk at work!

Martyn Lloyd Jones. Martyn Lloyd Jones was a brilliant theologian and teacher. I would have liked to of had some conversations with him.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Why?

Hang out with my family. I have a beautiful wife and two sons ages 1 month and 2.5 years.

What is your favorite piece of technology? Why?

The fork. Not all technology has to be advanced to be enjoyed and recognized.

Mountain Dew. I try to bring a refreshing vigor to each day of work and a style of leadership that is smooth and consistent.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, as he is cool headed, enormously talented, multi skilled and a great leader.

Spending time with my family as their company gives me immense mental peace and satisfaction.

I love every aspect of technology, however smart phones and iPad are at the top of the list, since they are small devices with big features.

What is it that you love about Xpanxion?

Xpanxion provides a very healthy work environment which makes it the coolest place to work. The ability of this company to listen to each employee open-heartedly makes it pretty unique in IT. I have been with this organization since the last decade and I still maintain the same level of freshness today as I had the day I joined, thanks to the highly conducive environment this place offers.

Internet is probably the technology that has the most impact on my daily life. We can do anything there, from research to connecting with friends & new people. Internet has made our life much easy to handle so many difficult tasks & it's also a good source of entertainment.

A Birthday cake - I'd want to be sweet, and the center of happy celebration, and the part of the fun. It would give a feeling of my childhood days. OR I'd want to be a Potato. They are amazing and can used in many ways.

Brian Charles Lara, for his determination, self belief and his ability to take his team along with his performances. Yes I would like to play cricket with him and learn few tricks in batting.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Why?

Spend quality time with my family or Play cricket/Table tennis/Badminton with friends. It relaxes me and gives me a lot of happiness.

What is your favorite piece of technology? Why?

Nanotechnology, it’s the one technology which I feel, could be used in most industries in coming future, especially in electronics sector. It’s simple to understand, smaller in size but very effective. I started my liking in this technology after I read an article "Defibrillator using Nano robots" from IEEE.
