Prior to PSC, Mr. Guy was VP of Solutions at NCR Retail Business unit in Atlanta. Before joining NCR in 1995, Joe was Director of Retail Software and Services at IBM

Joe currently serves on the external advisory board for the Clemson University Electrical and Computer Engineering department and is a registered professional engineer. He has previously served on the Marketing Advisory Board for the U.S. Postal Services and the Board of Directors of the Association of Retail Technology Standards.

He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.  

Mr. Covol has been active as a member in the Georgia high-tech community through the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and High Tech Ministries.  Mr. Covol graduated with a MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and BS in Computer Science from Penn State University.  Mike is married with three children.

While at Xpanxion but prior to taking on his current role, John worked as a Project Manager overseeing several accounts and later as the Director of Account Management. Most recently, before joining Xpanxion, John worked as a Senior Product Manager at Magnet Communications (acquired by Digital Insight), a provider
of web-based cash management applications. John’s product areas included overall infrastructure, messaging/alerting, small business portal, and related new product initiatives. As a part of this role, John led and chaired a monthly, forty-member focus group made up of clients from fifteen of the top 150 banks
for the purposes of promoting ongoing communication and to discuss new ideas and review product direction.

Previously, John worked for Advance Technology Corporation (ATC) as a Consultant and Sales Engineer providing ATC’s services and software solutions to several Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOC’s) including BellSouth, SBC Communications (now AT&T), and Bell Atlantic (now Verizon). John worked for
Lotus Development Corporation while studying for his degree. At Lotus, John worked as a Process Engineer, helping to identify improvement and eliminate process inefficiencies in Lotus’s Manufacturing & Distribution center. John graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in
Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Eurek has been active as a member, speaker and panelist in the Georgia high-tech community through the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), Technology Executive Roundtable (TER), and the Georgia Technology CEO Council. Paul is married and has one son.

Ram brings a variety of experience to his leadership role with Xpanxion. In addition to his involvement in many technology-based ventures, Ram managed an IT Services startup, Indsoft. He also taught Mathematics to undergraduates at the National Defence Academy , Pune.

Prior to joining Xpanxion in 2001, Ramprasad was head of the IT department for Bharat Forge, the world's second largest auto components and steel forging company. His seven years at Bharat Forge gave him the essential CIO perspective while driving key organizational initiatives such as setting up an IT infrastructure and enterprise-wide knowledge management system.  

Ram holds a Masters of Science in Mathematics from the University of Pune.

Prior to joining Xpanxion, Milind was the Director of India Operations for mValent, a Boston-based software product company. Milind has also held position of the Director of India-Services and Solutions with responsibility for nine business units in India including professional services, outsourced product development services,
product sustain engineering, technical support, hosting, networking, and education services for eGain Communications, a Sunnyvale based software product company. Milind spent extensive time as a Manager
for Ernst & Young in their Chicago office working on global engagements with clients like Motorola and Sony.
Milind has worked with Wipro Systems, as an account coordinator and technical consultant for the GE Aircraft Engines account in Cincinnati. Milind started his career as a software professional with the IT division of
Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company ( Telco ).

Milind holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology ( NIT/REC ), Nagpur, India and an MBA ( PGDM ) from the Indian Institute of Management ( IIM ), Bangalore, India.
