As a Sr. Software Project Manager/Consultant you will ensure the longevity of client partnerships through the successful execution of software development and quality assurance, management of client expectations and building strong relationships.

• Launch, manage and maintain client engagements.
• Work closely with management representatives within the client to build strong relationships, set and manage expectations, and earn client confidence through professional and consistent performance.
• Take ownership for the success of client engagements as it relates to revenue, schedule, scope, quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage and develop client and team relationships to ensure account longevity, team motivation and morale, and low attrition.
• Maximize effectiveness by developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the project success criteria, domain area, and objectives.
• 3+ years of consulting or client-facing experience, 5+ years of related project management experience and 10+ years experience in software development or information technology.
• Must have a proven track record of successfully managing software development engagements for external clients (versus internal project management).
• Experience with RUP, MSF, iterative or similar agile software development process/framework. 
• Experience managing projects with geographically distributed development/QA resources.
• Account/client/relationship management experience is required.
