THIS NOTICE IS BEING POSTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT ALIEN LABOR CERTIFICATION.  ANY PERSON MAY PROVIDE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE BEARING ON THE APPLICATION TO THE CERTIFYING OFFICER OF THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR/ETA, FOREIGN LABOR CERTIFICATION, NATIONAL PROCESSING CENTER, HARRIS TOWER AT 233 PEACHTREE STREET, SUITE 410, ATLANTA, GEORGIA 30303.

Senior Quality Analyst.  40 hours/week.  8 am to 5 pm.  Salary $77,667/year. 

Job duties: Senior Quality Analyst responsible for quality assurance of applications before releasing to production; Automation testing – design framework, create automated test scripts, execution and maintenance of automation scripts; test management process – planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, approvals from business before release; Manual testing – Master test strategy plan, test planning, test execution, defect reporting, tracking, report results; participate in business requirement meeting; design reviews, analysis to flaws, process improvement suggestions; mentoring, quality standards, review process documentation. 
Tools & technologies utilized: Quality Center, Unix, PL/SQL1 HTML Script; XMLc; Telecommunication domain; Order entry system; billing system and provisioning system; VMC Ware; Selenium and QTP.

Position requires Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent and 1 year of experience in job duties OR 1 year of experience in the related occupation of Test Analyst with experience in QTP 9.2, Quality Center 9.0, Unix, PL/SQL, HTML Script, XMLc, VB Script, Javascript, Citrix, VSS & Excel – Macros.

In lieu of Master's degree in the stipulated major field of study, employer will accept workers with a Bachelor's degree in the stipulated major field of study and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Position requires candidate to be an ISTQB certified Tester.
