S. Ramprasad CEO, Xpanxion India Development Center
Ramprasad leads Xpanxion's India Development
Center and its 150-plus member team of high-level software
engineers. As CEO, he is focused on leading the company and
its clients to consistent and profitable growth, enhancing
customer service and product results, and nurturing the entrepreneurial
spirit in his employees.

Ram brings a variety of experience to his leadership role
with Xpanxion. In addition to his involvement in many technology-based
ventures, Ram managed an IT Services startup, Indsoft.
He also taught Mathematics to undergraduates at the National
Defence Academy , Pune.
Prior to joining Xpanxion in 2001, Ramprasad was head
of the IT department for Bharat Forge, the world's second largest
auto components and steel forging company. His seven years
at Bharat Forge gave him the essential CIO perspective while
driving key organizational initiatives such as setting up
an IT infrastructure and enterprise-wide knowledge management system.
Ram holds a Masters of Science in Mathematics from the
University of Pune.

Milind Prabhudesai Vice President India Software and Delivery Services
Milind has a proven management experience with both software services and product companies in setting up and managing complete software operations. Milind has extensive international work experience and has worked in India, USA, Germany, China, Thailand and Singapore.

Prior to joining Xpanxion, Milind was the Director of India Operations for mValent, a Boston-based software product company. Milind has also held position of the Director of India-Services and Solutions with responsibility for nine strategic business units including professional services, outsourced product development services,
product sustain engineering, technical support, hosting, networking, and education services for eGain Communications, a Sunnvale based software product company. Milind spent extensive time as a Manager
for Ernst & Young in their Chicago office working on global engagements with clients like Motorola and Sony.
Milind has worked with Wipro Systems, as an account coordinator and technical consultant for the GE Aircraft Engines account in Cincinnati. Milind started his career as a software developer with the software division of
Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company ( Telco ).
Milind holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology ( NIT/REC ), Nagpur and an MBA ( PGDM )
from the Indian Institute of Management ( IIM ), Bangalore, India
