How it Works
Software outsourcing is not intended to replace existing IT departments or development teams. It is meant to augment these teams so they can better support management initiatives.

Prior to beginning a project, initial meetings will be held to gather requirements and come to an understanding of the scope and goals of the project. From these meetings, a set of documents will be created, including a vision/scope, a functional requirement, a high-level design and a proposed contract. Only after all the documents are approved will coding begin.
