Mr. Eurek has been active as a member, speaker and panelist in the Georgia high-tech community through the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), Technology Executive Roundtable (TER), and the Georgia Technology CEO Council. Paul is married and has one son.

Prior to PSC, Mr. Guy was VP of Solutions at NCR Retail Business unit in Atlanta. Before joining NCR in 1995, Joe was Director of Retail Software and Services at IBM

Joe currently serves on the external advisory board for the Clemson University Electrical and Computer Engineering department and is a registered professional engineer. He has previously served on the Marketing Advisory Board for the U.S. Postal Services and the Board of Directors of the Association of Retail Technology Standards.

He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.  

Frank has over eleven years of experience in venture investing; being involved directly and indirectly in over 80 investments.

Mr. Dalton is also the former CEO of Market Velocity, Inc, a service provider of promotion driven trade-in programs for the disposition of used IT assets and consumer electronics, and the former CEO and Chairman of Axonn, LLC, a provider of satellite tracking products and services based in Covington, LA.

Additionally, he has held management positions as a chief financial officer of a venture-backed software company and as director of operations for a national computer distributor.

His background also includes investment banking to emerging technology companies specializing in mergers and acquisitions, advisory services and capital raising. He was also a partner with BDO Seidman LLP's Atlanta office in charge of its Emerging Business Group, specializing and working with growth companies, both public and private, with heavy emphasis in the technology sector.

Mr. Dalton started his career with Ernst & Ernst in Atlanta in 1978 and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Dalton is a past board member and member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the past President of the Southeastern Software Association (SSA), Board member of the Technology Executives Roundtable (TER), Board member of the Atlanta Venture Forum, member of the Atlanta Technology Angels,
and Advisory Board member of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

In addition to his portfolio related board roles, Mr. Dalton is a board member of Xpanxion, LLC; an Atlanta based outsourced technology development company with significant operations in India.

Mr. Dalton is also a former board member of publicly traded Tekgraf, Inc. (TKGF) from November 1997 to April 2004, and was an active member of both the compensation and audit committees. He is a Graduate of 2002 UGA Board of Directors College and KPMG Audit Committee Institute.

Nicholas is currently working on his Juris Doctorate at the University of Georgia, with emphasis on corporate finance and transactions. He earned his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Engineering Sciences.
