Paul
Eurek - CEO
Paul Eurek serves as Xpanxion's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Mr. Eurek is a veteran software leader and entrepreneur who, prior to launching Xpanxion, founded and led Compris Technologies, a point of sale and enterprise reporting software product company. Compris grew from a startup to a company with over 240 employees and a client list that included some of the largest restaurant and entertainment companies in the world before it was acquired by NCR Corporation in 1997.
Out of Mr. Eurek's experiences leading Compris, Xpanxion was formed and with it a commitment to integrate rather than to mandate, and to deliver value and quality to its clients every day using the right resources from the right locations. This vision also led to the creation of Xpanxion's rural quality assurance and outsourcing center in Nebraska.
Mr. Eurek has been an active supporter of the technology and venture community, advising both entrepreneurs and venture capital groups in matters related to software products and services.
David Stephens -
CIO
David Stephens serves as Xpanxion's Chief Information Officer. Mr. Stephens is a critical facet of Xpanxion's success, bringing his passion and extensive experience in Product Management, Architecture, Delivery, and Process Management, learned over nearly 20 years in the industry.
As CIO, David Stephens is responsible for architecture, development, tools, and technologies at Xpanxion. David has extensive experience in software product management, software development process methodology and technology marketing, and has been an integral part of Xpanxion since inception. Prior experiences include Senior technical and product delivery roles at Uniteq/World Wide Chain Store Systems, NCR, and Compris Technologies. During his tenure at Xpanxion, Mr. Stephens has played a critical role in successful engagements with companies such as Intercontinental Hotels (IHG), Oversight Systems, Coca-Cola and EarthLink.
Mr. Stephens served in the U.S Army, and holds degrees from Chaminade University of Honolulu and Covenant College.
James Wray -
Vice President, Business Development
James Wray serves as Vice President of Business Development for Xpanxion where he is responsible for enabling the company to meet and exceed revenue goals through developing strong client relationships, growing a dynamic sales organization and partnering with the Xpanxion's delivery teams to develop custom and creative solutions for clients.
Mr. Wray brings over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a highly successful track record in IT Consulting and Custom Software Development services. Prior to joining Xpanxion Mr. Wray was responsible for sales and business development for Jefferson Wells a $100M IT financial services consulting firm. His prior Technology Consulting services sales experience includes Sales Director at Thoughtmill Corporation where he grew sales to $20M+ and developed a world class sales organization that was acquired by ASC and as a consultant for USWeb/CKS (acquired by MarchFirst). Mr. Wray holds an MBA and a BS in finance from Mississippi State University.
Ronald Small -
Vice President, Account Services
As Vice President of Account Services for Xpanxion Ron Small holds one of the most important positions in the company. In his role Mr. Small is responsible for customer service and account management as it relates to Xpanxion's existing customers. Customer service and communication is paramount to Xpanxion's successful global delivery model.
Mr. Small's previous experience includes positions at various technology firms in the Southeast including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SCK, Inc. and Vice President of Compris Technologies, a division of NCR Corporation and a leading point-of-sale (POS) supplier. Mr. Small earned a bachelor's degree in electrical construction and computer science from Dunwoody Industrial Institute.
Tim Johnson - Vice President, Delivery Services
As a seasoned project management veteran, Tim Johnson is leading change and installing project operational excellence in our high growth customers. His primary focus is to manage and enhance the project management and delivery organization, including the company's onshore, offshore and rural sourcing teams. Tim has built out best practices in project management for the company and a services methodology that is uniquely suited to our cross-sourcing capabilities. Under his leadership of project management and working closely with the customer delivery team, Xpanxion has achieved the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
Tim brings extensive leadership and project management experience to Xpanxion's management team. Prior to joining Xpanxion, he was Director of Operations and Project Management at Crystal where he developed a proven implementation methodology, enhanced programs and services, and assisted in corporate strategy and growth. Before his tenure at Crystal, Tim held a senior software engineering position at Nortel Networks. He received a Bachelors of Science in Physics and Computer Science from North Georgia College and State University.
Eric Trettel- Vice President, Nebraska Operations
Eric Trettel brings 20 years of IT and executive leadership experience to Xpanxion. As Vice President of Quality Assurance and the Nebraska Quality Center, Eric is responsible for providing Xpanxion clients with the highest level of quality throughout the development and testing process, and is responsible for both offices that make up the Nebraska Quality Center.
Prior to Xpanxion, Mr. Trettel spent 11 years with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where as a Senior Manager he built and led the production support capabilities in Accenture's Global Solution Delivery organization, coordinating teams in Minneapolis, Chicago, Dublin, and Sydney. He then joined Marshall Engines, where he worked for more than 8 years as IT Director, National Sales Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. Eric received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
He and his wife Molly have two daughters, Annie and Liza.
Chris Artabasy- President, Creative Services
Chris Artabasy leads the vision for Artagrafik, an affiliate agency that serves as the creative and strategic partner for Xpanxion. With more than 15 years of experience in branding, user-centered design, and program management, Chris brings extensive, broad-based leadership to Artagrafik's multidisciplinary design programs.
Prior to founding Artagrafik, Artabasy spent four years as worldwide Creative Director for the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).There he managed an in-house design team responsible for design initiatives for IHG Brand Hotels including: InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. Artabasy was also lead creative on the new corporate branding and implementation of Six Continents Hotels. Prior to IHG, Chris worked at MCI where he developed global advertising and promotional launches. Artabasy has also worked with a host of other top brands like Motorola, Turner Networks, Porsche and UPS.
Jim Hilley- Vice President, Business Development
Jim is a highly successful sales leader with 18 years of experience selling professional consulting services (technology, business and legal), outsourcing (including onshore/offshore) to C-level executives in large enterprises. He is adept at establishing relationships with executive decision-makers at a broad spectrum of enterprises. He can also quickly develop an understanding of professional services in any area, including legal, technology and services value propositions and rapidly create opportunities within target accounts. Jim has the proven ability to help take companies to an acquisition.
Most recently, Jim was a Sales Leader at UnitedLex, an eDiscovery litigation consulting services company, where he acquired 16 customers, including 4 Fortune 100 companies in the Southeast.
Jim was previously the Sales Leader with Xpanxion where he acquired 11 customers including three Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Xpanxion, he was part of the management team at Gazelle Consulting when they were sold to Adjoined Consulting which eventually became part of Cap-Gemini.
Jim is a former consultant and project manager who received his BS in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Tech and his MS in Nuclear Engineering (Thesis) from the University of Illinois.
Nick Eurek - CFO
Nick Eurek has been actively involved with Xpanxion since 2006, spearheading its rural-sourcing initiative and the launch of Xpanxion's Active Quality Assurance Center located in Kearney, Nebraska. Mr. Eurek became Controller at Xpanxion in early 2009 and its CFO in March 2011. During his time at Xpanxion, Mr. Eurek has been an active member of the management team and has helped maintain and enhance Xpanxion's financial health and operational structure during a period of continuous growth.
Mr. Eurek's experience prior to Xpanxion includes working for the Georgia Department of Human Resources and as a civilian at the United States Air Force's Judge Advocate General's office at Robins Air Force Base.
Mr. Eurek graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Engineering. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and a focus on corporate and financial law. His legal studies included a five month program at the University of Oxford, UK studying international trade and intellectual property law.

S. Ramprasad -
CEO, Xpanxion India Development Center
As Chief Executive Officer of Xpanxion's India based Development Center, Ramprasad leads Xpanxion's offshore center and its team of highly skilled IT professionals. Ramprasad focuses on insuring that Xpanxion is delivering exceptional value to its clients through the consistent on-time delivery of high quality software that exceeds client expectations. Under Ramprasad's leadership, Xpanxion India maintains an energetic, challenging and satisfying work environment that nurtures the entrepreneurial spirit and has led to consistently high employee satisfaction and retention levels.
Prior to joining Xpanxion in 2001, Ramprasad was head of IT at Bharat Forge, the world's second largest auto components and steel forging company. His seven years at Bharat Forge gave him the essential CIO perspective while driving key organizational initiatives such as setting up large IT infrastructure, implemented large enterprise solutions including ERP, SCM, CRM, KM systems. He made valuable contributions to help start Dot Com and BPO companies during his tenure.
Ramprasad was a member of the Board of Studies in North Maharastra University and a visiting faculty at Pune University. He made significant contributions in designing the Masters’ in Technology (IT) curriculum at the University.
Ramprasad holds a Masters' of Science in Mathematics from the University of Pune and a post graduate - Diploma in Business Administration (Finance).
Milind Prabhudesai -
Chief Operating Officer, Xpanxion India Development Center
Milind Prabhudesai is the Chief Operating Officer of the India Development Center for Xpanxion and is responsible for managing the software operations. Milind has extensive international work experience and has worked in India, USA, Germany, China, Thailand and Singapore.
Prior to joining Xpanxion, Milind was the Director of India Operations for mValent, a Boston-based software product company. Milind holds a Bachelors of Engineering in electronics and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT/REC), Nagpur, India and an MBA (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, India.
