Paul Eurek - Chairman
Paul Eurek is Xpanxion's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Eurek is a veteran software leader and entrepreneur who, prior to launching Xpanxion, founded and led Compris Technologies, a point of sale and enterprise reporting software product company. Compris grew from a startup to a company with over 240 employees and a client list that included some of the largest restaurant and entertainment companies in the world before it was acquired by NCR Corporation in 1997.

Frank Dalton - Director
Frank X. Dalton is a general partner and founder of Fulcrum Ventures, a $40 million private equity fund focused on providing expansion capital to rapidly growing businesses. He is also a General Partner with Cordova Ventures and the managing director of Cordova Intellimedia Ventures, L.P., a $41 million early-stage fund launched in 2000. Mr. Dalton has over twelve years of experience in venture investing and is involved directly and indirectly in over 125 investments.

Nick Eurek - Director
Nicholas Eurek has been actively involved in the planning, creation and steady growth of Xpanxion since 1998. In 2006, he spearheaded the conceptual "rural outsource" strategy of the company and was instrumental in the formation and launch of the Xpanxion Quality Assurance Center located in Kearney, Nebraska.

John Wichmann - Director
In addition to his Director role, John Wichmann is Xpanxion's President. As President, Mr. Wichmann works closely with the senior management teams in the U.S. and India to insure seamless integration and high performance throughout the organization. At Xpanxion, Wichmann has led the company to build one of the most unique global outsourcing models including the use of rural outsourcing centers in the U.S. He works closely with customers, partners and industry visionaries to set the strategic direction for the company and its solutions.
